Interview
It was really easy...you go into the break room and meet with the manager. I don't know if it was because we were seasonal worker or what, but there was a group of 5 of us. She asked some questions like what we learned at our last job, etc.. and everyone was hired on the spot. Maintain eye contact and be friendly. She the scheduled everyone to come in and fill out paperwork...mine was the next day. That took about an hour.

It was less than an 1 hour. The interview at Toys “R” Us lasted less than one hour and focused on availability, customer service experience, teamwork, and how I handle fast paced retail environments.

Then store manager then area manager pay is great Im the regional manager just climb the latter.
