I filled out an application online. A couple days later I received a call for an interview. It was first a group interview. We got to know each other a bit. We were asked about good and bad customer service we've experienced. We were asked to make something out of little pieces and explain it. Then we were explained the open positions and what they entail. Then it went into one on ones. Mine was short. Making sure my availability and past experience were correct. Then I was told that I'd be contacted within the next week to find out if I was or wasn't chosen for the position.
Super nice and friendly interviewer. They told me about the company and the position and asked a few questions. They also let me ask some questions at the end as well
Geoffrey was attentive and kind. Guided me through the whole catalog. Would recommend him all the time, every time to whomever will listen. He took the time to explain the great deals.
