I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Toys "R" Us (Torrance, CA) in Oct 2011
Interview
It was a group interview, which contained a total of 8 people or so. Upon arriving, we were put into small groups and gave us legos to test our teamwork on building a house. They then passed around a roll of toilet paper and asked us to take off as many sheets as we'd like. Each sheet ended up being something interesting we would have to say out loud. Next, they told us to grab a toy from the sales floor and pitch it to everyone in the room(to test our sales abilities). And finally came the 1 on 1 portion.

Super nice and friendly interviewer. They told me about the company and the position and asked a few questions. They also let me ask some questions at the end as well
Geoffrey was attentive and kind. Guided me through the whole catalog. Would recommend him all the time, every time to whomever will listen. He took the time to explain the great deals.
