Interview
It was a group interview process. They play some quick ice breaker games and discuss the company and their goals for employees. They have you practice sell a toy that is in the room and offer the benefits that TRU offers. Then they split you up in teams and have you build something out of building blocks. Shortly after the group interview they do a quick private individual interview and offer the position right on the spot.
It was great and super easy. The questions were fairly standard interview questions and also my interest in toys. I shared my strengths and passion for various types of toys.

Had to sell a toy as part of a group interview then did a one on one. It was very easy and just have to be creative to come up with ideas on how to sell items on the sales floor.
