The process was very easy and straight foward. I was in a group of three people and I was asked simple questions such as what has been the most influencing decision in your life, and what I like to do in my spare time. Relativly easy interview.
hiring manager and HR walk into room youre in room with other interviewees and play with Lego and explain why your build is the best and why youd be best here
It was less than an 1 hour. The interview at Toys “R” Us lasted less than one hour and focused on availability, customer service experience, teamwork, and how I handle fast paced retail environments.

Then store manager then area manager pay is great Im the regional manager just climb the latter.
