Interview
It was a group interview where we had to try to sell the manager a product while the they pretended to be a customer looking to buy the product. We also had to include their rewards card system and add as many additional purchases to this pretend sale as possible.
Team interview, relatively simple and pretty fun. Was followed by a quick in person interview. After season a handful were offered full time positions while others were told thank you.

Make a new toy with these LEGO’s and try to sell it
Smooth and very friendly. You can say that it was a fun interview, at first with the human resources manager and the second was with the store manager also. They were both really friendly and it felt like having a normal conversation. I loved working for TRU
