Group interview. Then We all then went into a 1 on 1 interview. The whole day of the interview took like 5 hours. Be free on your interview day. The people often say sob stories and the HR manager and manager didn't fall for it. Don't use sob stories.

Sell us this toy, you have 5 mins to look it over and sell it to us. (Group of about 10-15 people including HR and manager). Everyone got a different item to sell. We all had to answer questions based on what you would do in specific situations. They took notes on our answers.
Team interview, relatively simple and pretty fun. Was followed by a quick in person interview. After season a handful were offered full time positions while others were told thank you.

Smooth and very friendly. You can say that it was a fun interview, at first with the human resources manager and the second was with the store manager also. They were both really friendly and it felt like having a normal conversation. I loved working for TRU
