- I was contacted by a recruitment team, called Orama Solutions on behalf of Traackr. - I made it to a few interviews and during this process the recruitment contact I had seemed pretty great, communicative, and attentive. - Overall, the interviews were fairly easy if you have experience in the role, but I wasn't a huge fan of the first person I interviewed with, the second person I interviewed with was more than 5 minutes late, and I was suspicious of the number of positive reviews all posted in October 2021. - A week or so passed after my last interview, when a different Orama recruiter reached out to me asking me to interview for the exact same role. - When I told this new recruiter I was already interviewing and working with their colleague, I was then ghosted by my contact as well. Guess I didn't get the job? Bet they started to communicate a bit more after that one : ) - Don't recommend the company or their recruitment partners.
