Interview
I was initially contacted by a recruiter who found my profile on LinkedIn. We connected for an initial phone call and after finding we were aligned in what we were both looking for, we kicked off the interview process. I met with four team members and completed a relatively simple assignment that took little time. Throughout the process, everyone I met at Traackr was very kind and took the time to go into detail about the role, team responsibilities, and company culture. The recruiter was responsive and proactive in sharing the process, and each team member I spoke with also offered to answer any questions I had regarding this. Overall, I felt the communication was strong, and the organization was apparent.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Traackr in Feb 2024
Interview
I had a first meeting with the Recruiter at Traackr. After that meeting, one week later, I met another Sr Professional Services Consultant to share my background and experience and she also shared more precisely information about the role, the company and so on.
After that, they never replied to me, I received an automated email the day after saying that my application was rejected. No news since then. Is this a way to treat people ? I've never seen that before in my professional life. Be careful with your recruitment process and just reply to people when they send you emails, this is called respect.
