1) Call with recruiter (so far so good) 2) 48 hours to complete exercise using their tool (if you have worked with data before then this is pretty easy - however, it does take a full 4-6 hours to complete) 3) Presentation via webinar to "mock" clients (peers on Customer Success Team. I did not move past the presentation. The junior members of the team who evaluated my webinar did not provide direct feedback. It also seemed like they had better things to do rather than answer questions from a potential candidate. The two mavens who evaluated the presentation had the internal recruiter reach out to inform me of their decision. It would have been nice to get actual feedback from the Customer Success team given how much time and effort it takes for candidates to get to this round. I get that you are all "busy" but 5min to provide candid feedback to motivated and hard-working candidates doesn't seem like much to ask. I don't think I will be "reapplying" in the future as the recruiter suggested - interviewing is a two way street which Trackmaven seems to be forgetting.

It was one of the most thorough and fun processes I've done for a prospective employer. There was an initial phone screen, exercise based on what I would be doing in the role, a presentation on my exercise, and two in person interviews. Everyone on the team, senior executives included, were incredibly flexible and understanding of my time constraints. I think what really helped me is that I was really excited about the job and I let them know that every chance that was appropriate. Everyone is really passionate about what they do and the company and it shows throughout the interview process. The interview process wasn't easy (the exercise does take some time and thought) and the in-person interviews were professional and at least one of them was behavioral. I did a fair amount of preparation (for cultural and behavioral type interviews) and felt adequately prepared.
