Finally, and interview with the District Manager. They were all very casual and about getting to know each other and personalities and whether or not I would be a good fit. Talked about responsibilities and the nuances of the store I will be working at. Overall a good and thorough experience.

Interview
The interview process was pretty relaxed. The store manager was approachable and easy to talk to. The first interview was mostly about speaking to your retail management experience, which was followed by a tour of the store - the store manager did some quizzing on merchandising/ planograms. The second interview was with two additional store managers - talking about understanding P&L, sales, and operations.
Two separate interviews and one phone interview. First interview was with store manager. Second interview was manager and district manager. Job offer the following day. Entire process took a little over a week.
