I applied online. I interviewed at Tractor Supply in Feb 2022
Interview
Smooth and easy quick. I was contacted and within 4 days had completed 2 interviews. I felt like my interviewers did a good job of assessing my qualifications for the job and asked appropriate questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe some of the projects that you've been working on in school and how they relate to your degree.
Interview process was 2 interviews for myself, other interns had up to four. I first met with the whole team of the position I applied for, then the second interview was with my manager one on one.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Tractor Supply (Brentwood, TN) in Feb 2018
Interview
Referred to corporate internship by university recruiters. Had roughly 6 interviews over a span of 4 months. Each interview covered the same basic questions, asking about experience, coursework taken, career goals, etc. Interviewed by different employees each time, but asked the same questions, showing very little communication between employees. Took weeks to hear back after each interview, in spite of weekly follow-up calls on my end. Seems excessive to have 6 interviews over 4 months for what is essentially a 3 month internship.
