The first interview was easy - it was an overview of the role and my experience. The second required preparation for a show and tell of work I've completed. This one was odd because the main interviewer (there were 2) was not on camera, they didn't ask a single question and they dropped off early with no notice. The last interview was with 2 members of the team. I didn't hear anything for about a week, at which point I followed up and was told I was a 'top candidate and they'd get back to me'. At this point its been a month and no word. Regardless of the outcome, ghosting after three encounters comes off as unprofessional.
