First step was phone interview, then I got a assessment. After the assessment was the in person interview. Overall, it was ok but I felt like the company culture did not match what I was looking for.
Applied online, recruiter scheduled a time , then postponed. On the next scheduled time, did not call, ended up rescheduling again. Finally got called by the recruiter but did not give any details about the job or the company. Went through a panel interview next but then met with silence from the recruiter despite following up.
Very unprofessional.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TradeStation (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2021
Interview
Single interview arranged by a 3rd party head hunter. I received the job description and I consented to moving forward with an interview.
The interview itself was quite straight forward. It consisted of my past employment, my skills, and more behavioral questions alongside team player questions.
The second half of the interview was coding exercises where they shared some code and asked you what was wrong with it. I took the opportunity to share what is wrong and fix it.
Afterwards, they described more of the role and stated the recruiter will be in touch. Entire interview lasted about an hour over Zoom.
How are you able to deploy code to a live production environment with minimal adverse or negative effects or customer experiences and minimizing downtime (if any).
