Very indepth, lots of questions, long questionaire, but I understood going in this would be the case. I submitted a resume, got called, went in and the next day recieved an offer by phone which I accepted.

Interview
There were one or two phone call interviews and one in person with two head people of the team. The questions were geared towards markets and technical experience. It was personable and an underlying test to see how well one can communicate via the phone. Integrity, capability, charm, and determination are good attributes to emphasize.
