I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Trader Joe's (Delray Beach, FL) in Aug 2015
Interview
I went into Trader Joe's and asked for an application. I filled it out and turned it in that next day. There was an impromptu interview then. I scheduled a second interview for a few days later. When I went in for that interview, it was very structured. The crew mates asked me set questions off of a clipboard.
After that second interview, I was told I would be called back. After about a week and a half of not hearing from them, I called back Trader Joe's. They told me that they meant to have someone tell me that they wanted to schedule a third interview with me. We set a time for the third interview.
I went in- the interview was essentially identical to the second interview, but with different crew mates. After, I waited another week and a half and didn't hear anything from Trader Joe's. So I called again. They said they would have the person who interviewed me return my call. She returned my call almost a week later. She told me that she wished me well on my continued job search.
