I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Trader Joe's (Goleta, CA) in Jun 2017
Interview
Casual, two interviewer process where the store manager asked about prior work experience, scheduling, and other general topics. They had a list of questions that I assume is provided to each interviewer and there were no additional follow-up questions. Interviewers were unfortunately very unprofessional, which is not what I expected form Trader Joe's.
