I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Trader Joe's (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
I went to Trader Joe’s in-person to pick up an application. I turned in the application the next day & the manager I turned it into asked me a few questions, so be prepared. Soon after, he called me to schedule my 1st interview. The interview process consist of meeting with two “Mates” & then the “Captain”. If you do well in the first two interviews you may get the job then & there. The Captain didn’t even want to interview me, he just said to hire me!
two interviews one with mate then one on another day with the captain - basically the same questions at both and the typical questions you would expect strengths/weaknesses, what makes you a good employee, what makes you like an employer
It was quick and seamless and they let me know in ample time. It was a painless process and the crew was quick to give honest opinions about working there. The Captain changed but at the time turnover wasn't high.

Applied online and had one in person interview with the captain. It lasted maybe 10 minutes. Got a call a week or so later that I got the job. Very fast process.
