I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Trader Joe's (New York, NY) in Jun 2018
Interview
I applied online and then you get an email about an interview. Make sure to bring your application and resume. You can dress casually. It was very standard and asked you about your customer service skills. They tell you in a few weeks if you move onto the second round of interviews.
Applied through website, got an email about the interview, then later a call. I sat in a room with 4 other candidates. Two managers came in to the interview and asked standard questions typical for an interview. It was no more than 15-20 minutes.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Trader Joe's
Interview
Went to interview in chino hills, California. They literally told me to walk around the store until they were ready for me and I walked around for 15 minutes and nothing. So I left and then they tried to call me and say that they didn’t want to move forward because I LEFT. Even went as far as to ask me why I had to leave ? Because people have other things to do than be interviewed by rude disorganized people.
