Interview
Very easy and relaxed. They asked very simple questions that were more related to your personality than anything else. They want to make sure they're hiring people who can have fun on the job since it's a pretty straightforward job. They really want people who will interact well with the customers.
two interviews one with mate then one on another day with the captain - basically the same questions at both and the typical questions you would expect strengths/weaknesses, what makes you a good employee, what makes you like an employer
It was quick and seamless and they let me know in ample time. It was a painless process and the crew was quick to give honest opinions about working there. The Captain changed but at the time turnover wasn't high.

Applied online and had one in person interview with the captain. It lasted maybe 10 minutes. Got a call a week or so later that I got the job. Very fast process.
