I went into the Trader Joe’s and submitted a paper application a week ago. On Nov 13, 2018 I went to an interview at 2:00pm, we discussed flexibility, my class schedule and if I will be able to do the duties of the jobs. He emphasized that the job is fast paced and I’ll be doing a lot of physical work he also seemed pretty cool about my college classes and told me we can make altercations so it's not too hectic for me.In terms of my projected hours and availability he said I will never be getting up at 4am and i'll be working until 12:00am or ill be called in at 12:30pm this is only an example of course. At the end of the interview he said he’ll call me and told me seven other people are pawing for the job I wasn’t worried because I practiced plus my interview was rescheduled originally it was November 8th so I had an extra week to prepare and speak to career advisors at my college. On Nov 15, 2018, he called me and said he wasn’t able to give me a job right only because he doesn’t have a place for me on the schedule and he likes me, and I will be employed in January. It was kinda weird that he didn't ask me any of the questions listed on the website or even the mention of a second interview but the employees did say he was a very chill guy.
