Interview
I interviewed with a guy who was a mate, really nice guy, interview went great he said he really liked me and was recommending me for the position. He told me that I would get a call in several days, and that I would then meet with the store captain. After waiting a few days I went into the store, I saw the guy who interviewed me, and he handed me a Post-it note with the date and time of my interview with the store captain. I came in for my interview with the store captain, later that week, and of course no one there had a clue who I was and there was nothing on their calendar. Everyone was scrambling around trying to figure out what to do, when eventually a gentleman came with my paperwork and did a quick interview. I got a call a week later…… A rejection. Very poor communication in the store, and not a nice way to treat people, I took this job very seriously and thought that it was in the bag just to find out that it was not.
Super easy just be yourself and know the products and you will pass with flying colors. Make sure you are available to work weekends, they usually prefer people to close which can be annoying.

It was quick and seamless and they let me know in ample time. It was a painless process and the crew was quick to give honest opinions about working there. The Captain changed but at the time turnover wasn't high.
