It was easy, I applied online because they were opening a new store. I got an interview the same week. Met with the store manager who didn't like me from the beginning. I had mentioned on my application that I was interested in going down the management track, and he told me all of the reasons I wouldn't be successful at that. It was very discouraging and then they never even called me to tell me I didn't get the job.

I had a call with the hiring manager about a sales associate position. After a few days, I got a follow up to come in for a basic interview that went over my previous sales associate experiences.

Was awesome - very friendly and down to earth, seems like a great place to work. Hope I get the job. Some easy questions, about work experience and the like, but also some curveballs. They asked me to give a lot of scenarios where I encountered certain difficulties and $18 an hour is not bad.
