Starts with brief initial phone chat and follows with a in person interview, of which was brief and pleasant.
All and all good experience, as one would expect from Trader Joe’s. There was no follow up off made, as they had many applicants.
The interview process was great and interactive. I was shown a lot of hospitality and it was great talking to someone who is one good at their job and two nice and welcoming.
Very through. Went over every facet of the job I needed to know and was very open to what the expectations are. The hours and work were all explained accurately and everyone was nice.
The interview process was pretty basic. Basic questions answered with basic responses. Pretty basic process, we covered the basics of the responsibilities, benefits and expectations amongst other relevant details. It was pretty easy and basic.
