filled out an application and waited for a phone call, sat down with the manager and had a generic conversation and basic interview questions. was offered the position then. told him i needed to think about it.
Was straight forward. Did not have to do much preparation. But you still had to speak with honesty and integrity despite the ease. Overall, I would say that the interview process was something that I would recommend to people who are just trying to get their foot through the door.
