Interview
Two-step interview, one with crew & another with a crew supervisor. Super easygoing, I have no idea how they make you feel so comfortable with them but they do. Some typical interview questions mixed with personal questions. Using lots of keywords like patience, empathy, friendliness, etc. will score you points! It felt like they really care about who they hire and want to get to know you as an employee and a person rather than merely testing your interview skills and making sure you're "professional." The whole process took about two weeks (from online application to second interview & official hire). They don't do full-time/part-time, so all employees get pretty great benefits (there are some with hourly/yearly quotas but most aren't which is awesome!) Also, there's no drug test.

Two interviews. Both were enjoyable and I could tell they care about the employees well being. I was very comfortable with the interviewing style.
I returned for a second interview a week later and was offered the job.
pretty good, asked a lot of questions, nice people, I have been a shopper with trader joes, the people are helpful, and I have done a lot of work in customer services, and I believe I will be a great fit at trader joes.
1 phone call, two in person, never got the job. Short and simple interview, the third one was long but it was just the employee yapping about the job and what they do. Pretty lame considering they already knew they weren’t going to hire me. Said they were gonna call me and never did. Just call and say that you don’t wanna hire me and move on, how hard is that?
