I dropped off an application and resume. I have been a stay at home mom for 10 years and am about to finish school for my business management degree this summer. I stated my desire to work my way up to a management position at TJ. I stated my interest in working there long term and that it was my first choice and I have researched it for over a year. I love their work culture and values. I love how they do business and how they choose their products. However, I only got as far as to say what my favorite product is and why I want to work there. A week later I received a rejection letter in the mail. I have no idea why. They are hiring, I am committed and driven. I know alot about the company. For some reason, my impression wasn't enough. It was truly their loss. While I love the company and their products, I found several employees (including the one I spoke to and answered her questions) to be cranky and appearing bothered.
