Application form consisting of general motivation/why Trafigura e.t.c alongside needing to provide a trading strategy that fits with Trafi's current risk profile. Followed by phone interview asking about technical questions contango/options/futures. Final interview in Geneva consists of 2 35 minutes 2 person panels with mixture of technical and competency based.

Random 5-10 minute phone interview with HR, followed by 1st round interview which consists of 2 interviews with division analysts/managers and then a 2nd round final interview which consists of 2 interviews with division directors.
