They have 1 written and mostly 1 round of interview. They say written test is to see your approach and there is no right or wrong answer. And it is not a speed test. No time limit, etc etc.

The lady taking written test started asking for answer sheet in just 20 mins, we said we need little more time, but she kept asking in every 5 mins, until we gave it back in 3rd time. The checking process is the worst. They say they are looking for the approach, but the checker didn't even see the approach, he just checked whether we answered correctly or not. He didn't even check the answer sheet completely. Horrible.
Applied on LinkedIn, 20 or so days later had a recruiter call, one technical interview with 2 data analysts, panel based interview was the next round, didnt make it that far
