Applied online through their careers website. Got a call that I have been shortlisted for interview. Had 3 rounds of interview of close to 30 minutes each asking varied questions from basics of oil trading operations to a few quick questions to gauge numerical ability

Interview
It was the worst interview i ever had in my career. The position was for 'Operation Analyst'. Interview started with 'Where do you live?'
After getting an answer 'Navi Mumbai' i was straight away told that people from 'Navi Mumbai' can not be selected by Trafigura.
Interviewer was very rude. Trafigura discriminates their candidates on the basis of their family background and geographic location.
Due to etiquette and Well cultured background i do not want to reveal name of an Interviewer.
