After been compleated the online test and been selcted, the final interview was held in Geneva together with other candidates. The interview panel was composed of 4 traders. The interview started with the classic demnds and then went in dept into personal experience.

I applied online. Got an interview the next month and got to the assessment center, but did not succeed in this last stage. The process was fun and exciting. You can learn a lot but at the same time the push you to the limit.

Very relaxed, not too technical. One interview was with two senior members who chatted mostly about goals, aspirations etc. Second was with two junior traders, one would try stare you down and put you under pressure, the other would ask a few problem solving questions.
