Simple phone interview with an HR employee followed by first stage in person interviews. That consisted of two interview each with two interviewers at the Singapore office. One took place with back office workers - one from trade finance and one from the deals desk. The second took place with two senior traders. They both looked overwhelmed with boredom. The company paid for my flights in which was useful.
