1st interview with a recruiter. Only industry questions. 2nd interview has 2 rounds, each with a set of 2 managers. Industry questions as well, behavioural and also about yourself and your motivation. I was rejected with an automatic mail after 2nd round, which I find truly disrespectful after all the preparation they wanted me to do in order to meet the requirements of their interview process.
