Interview
Did a presentation to panel of people who interviewed me in breakout sessions. Four breakout session consisting of two persons panel each. Questions were basically to highlight my experience and why I wanted to work for the company. All day process, also one and one with HR.
Got response one week later informing me that they decide to pursue other candidates.

Interview
First and HR screening call, followed with a Technical and Behavioral Interview. The process is fairly straightforward and I was kept in the loop throughout my interview process. The timeline was roughly a month and half since I got the first call until the offer letter.

This was related to the refrigeration cycle. They wanted me to draw a standard TS diagram and then had some follow up questions on that.

Multiple Rounds of different exercises, focused on critical thinking, communication skills, emotional IQ, business acumen, and general corporate suitability. There were phone screens, then on campus interviews, then travel to HQ for more 1-1 interiews as well as group exercises and presentations of case studies.

Interview
A recruiter approached me at a career fair approached me and looked over my resume. She told me to email her and scheduled a phone interview for a couple days later. Asked me a few questions, not very specific to my resume. Overall, I was definitely not prepared for the questions they asked and failed to properly answer two out of the five. However, it was a good experience for me to prepare myself for further interviews.
