I applied in-person. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Transamerica (Cedar Rapids, IA) in Sep 2012
Interview
The process was very long, and the interview did not seem well coordinated. The interview team was focused on asking pre determined questions from a list, and very concerned with recording answers and getting the list completed, versus really having a dialogue. The interview packet was helpful, but there was no discussion or salary range or benefits until the offer.
