I applied in-person. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Transamerica (Plano, TX)
Interview
Hiring is very very laid back, HR is worse. The whole interview process took 4 months. Didn't receive complete paperwork even after 1 month of having the phone call that I have the internship. HR seems to be ridiculously slow. Eventually got frustrated and declined the offer and accepted a different offer
There are group interviews as well as individual interviews. The overall experience was pretty smooth and the set up transition nicely. It was a good experience and everyone was friendly.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Transamerica (Ames, IA) in Feb 2018
Interview
First I spoke with a hiring manager about different things related to my technical work history, my reasons for choosing my career path and major, and finally asking behavioral interview questions.
