I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Transamerica
Interview
The interview was with two employees from different departments. They had prepared questions it seems they asked everyone. The questions seemed to outline my resume and wanted to know more about my past experiences with how they were similar, different, which I liked more, etc.

Question 1
Describe a time you had to make a difficult decision in a team setting and how did you navigate that?
I applied online. I interviewed at Transamerica (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2023
Interview
In-person interview with Director and Assistant. Was informative and all saying good things and positive but turned out to be a pyramid scheme. I honestly would recommend staying away as the few people that do make a lot of money seem not to be too friendly people.

Question 1
How are you working on your own and managing your own business?
The hiring managers were easy to talk to. As far as behavioral questions, they only asked a couple of “how did you react in this scenario” type of questions. I believe the overall experience was average for an interview, but I will say that the hiring managers seemed to care more about your goals in the company rather than past experiences or your interview skills.
