I was contacted after applying online by a human resources representative one day after applying. We exchanged emails to set up a good time to do a phone interview. She was very pleasant and flexible. The phone interview was pretty standard. I was asked about 4 questions and asked to give examples related to my performance in the workplace. They did let me know that I did not receive a callback for the position as they had several other candidates with more direct experience, but my experience was overall positive.
