I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Transamerica
Interview
They called me for an on-site interview. It was five behavioral questions, they allotted an hour, but it took 40 minutes, so for the last 20 minutes I got to listen in on some calls to see what the work would be like, which really relieved my nerves for the job. After that, they said someone would call later to follow up, but it was really like a second interview... I got the call in the afternoon after I had got home. Mostly technical questions, about how I work, define work ethic, and such. Two days later they had an offer.
