Interview
Anonymous selection process until online presentation. Not clear on company nor position before that. It was more like an infomercial. It felt like they were attempting to use the employees for their contacts than hire them.
Someone reached out to me on LinkedIn and we set up an interview with no application process. One of these commission-based, no-experience-required things. That guy and his mentor talked to me for an hour with a whole presentation, and it ended with an offer to become one of their clients if not an advisor.
Very calm, and easy. They just want to get to know you at first. It isn’t as much as an interview as it is a conversation to see if that want to take the next step
