You will meet with management and get a tour of the facility and speak with them about your experience and what you can bring to the table.

I completed the initial round of interviews but did not receive a job offer because I couldn't begin work as early as they wanted. A month later their corporate recruiter reached out to me to ask if I was still interested in the position and when I replied "yes" they cut off all contact and did not respond to follow up emails. Very unprofessional.
