Transcend Information interview questions

Well I tried to be professional, but you cannot understand their English. it is very difficult to answer when you don't understand the question. So all in all, it was difficult just because they don't speak English very well. The interview with the GM was the worst because he comes in here and tries to intimidate you, but then you are lost because you don't understand him.

I got a phone call from HR and she scheduled an interview for me with the direct manager. The interview was very simple he just wanted to know my background and previous experience and than asked why i wanted to work for the company. He then said that he will contact HR that way they can schedule a second interview for me. In the second interview i had to take an exam, it was math questions and then i spoke with another manager who evaluated my spanish (im applying for the Miami office which takes care of clients in South America so they need someone who speaks Spanish fluently) I built a relationship with this manager right away because we graduated from the same university and major. He didnt ask any interview questions we were just having a normal conversation in Spanish. Very easy 2 days after this i received an email from the general manager saying that they're doing the background check and once that's done they'll send me the package I think it was a very simple process
