Interview
It's pretty quick once you get the interview offer you normally are almost garunteed the job. It's a one interview Process and the have someone ask you two questions in Spanish and then general interview questions in English. For me it was almost like the interview was a formality because the basically handed me the job. I will mention that I was an internal hire so maybe that had something to do with it.
