The exam (Versant) was manageable; you just had to be familiar with British accents. The actual interview process had an unnecessary amount of waiting time (we were kept way past midnight just waiting for the manager to be available for an interview). But definitely, the exam was the hardest part, the interview was easy.

Walk-in on site. Get a number for your application. Get a free meal for the pantry after or in-between hiring process. Initial interview done by Human Resource Department Skills test by Human Resource Department Final Interview if an available Operations Manager is present then much better. Job offer discussed by by Human Resource Department Hired and report to work within 1-2 weeks time frame Depending on the account/campaign Berlitz/Versant may be requested.

It will only take a day to be hired in this job with this company but the series of examinations and interview is very hard and comprehensive. I advice to do your homework in order to be prepared
