Interview
First they had an on phone interview pretty basic questions , how did you handle a bad customer situation. Then after a 30 minute basic interview about your background which I had ample. I even managed a BDC in my background. They tested my computer to see it was fast enough, which it was.
The interview told me they would let me know in about a month? That's right a 9.50 an hour job! Got the impress just wanted to see if you were available 24/7 . This job is poverty level

Interview
After doing a long assessment, a few days later I got invited to do a phone screen. I was emailed a link to schedule the time slot. A lot of the times were very late, I chose the earliest one. The next day, I waited no one called. Unable to contact anyone by phone. I emailed and was told to reschedule. I reschedule again, no call. Rescheduled for a third time after emailing again, finally did the phone screen. Interview was really short. Basic questions and availability. Didn't really explain the job or anything like that. I was told I would get an email doing a computerus test. It took over a week before I received that. Once I completed that days later I received an email late at night saying to schedule my second phone interview. Guy was great very friendly. Called earlier than scheduled. Asked about 5 questions about customer service, angry customers, and availability. He said he would forward me to another hiring manager. Still have not heard anything back.
