I was sent an email to pick a time to schedule a phone interview which I followed the link to the webpage and put in the information it asked for. They didn't have but a few choices which were late evening interviews. I was advised that if I was selected for the second interview I would get an email confirmation stating I had been selected for the 2nd phone interview. I received the email less than a week later I followed the same instructions. I picked my phone time for 2nd interview and was advised I would receive a email stating whether I had been selected for a job. I was selected I got an email about a week later that stated I would be hearing from them in about 2 weeks. Attendance is mandatory they will drill this into you a thousand times.
