I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Transcom WorldWide (San Antonio, TX) in Nov 2016
Interview
I came in person to the San Antonio location when they had announced on an online job board that they were hiring. I went in right around noon. I had to fill out a couple paper applications. Then, I did some assessments on the computer. They were not as easy as some I had taken before, but if you paid attention in school, you should be fine. Some simple math, personality, and customer service questions. I was applying for a campaign that involved light up-selling so I had to take a sales test, as well. It was pretty simple. The man taking an assessment next to me did not pass, but was given the opportunity to retest. After I took my assessments, I was told that I passed and then I waited for my interview. Very relaxed interview, the interviewer was very friendly and nice. I got an offer. Then after accepting the offer, I submitted my background check on the computers, and was done! Seems like a relaxed, yet professional place to work. I am very excited to start.
Throw WhatsApp but very professional and respectful and very polite but not convenient work hours and conditions for me and we didn't agree on the working location as they don't provide transportation

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Transcom WorldWide (Tunis) in Apr 2026
Interview
I wanted to share some feedback regarding my interview experience, as I believe it may help improve the process for future candidates. Two interviews: one with HR and one English test. A very positive experience: there were no trick questions, rather a constructive and transparent exchange.
