Interview
It required a test of customer service skills and equipment needed to complete assignments. Had to acquire a land line phone for the position as well as hard wired internet.

The interview was quite interesting, the staff was very friendly and it did not feel as stressful as other interviews, the questions were not boring I likes it overall. The task of aimulating a call was good too.
