I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Transcom WorldWide (San Antonio, TX) in Feb 2012
Interview
There was no phone interview, only 1:1 in person after a computer test of 100+ questions (psychoanalysis and job-specific type). About a 1/2 hour with interviewer, standard battery of interview questions, no curve balls really. Call back within 2 days to invite me to the next step, which was an orientation with about 20 other candidates or so which lasted about 1.5 hours. Training was 2 weeks class, 1 week floor, 8-430 Mon-Fri. From there hours vary, the center is open 6-10 Mon-Fri, shifts are 8 hrs, 2 paid 15 min breaks and a half hour unpaid lunch.

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Transcom WorldWide (Tunis) in Apr 2026
Interview
I wanted to share some feedback regarding my interview experience, as I believe it may help improve the process for future candidates. Two interviews: one with HR and one English test. A very positive experience: there were no trick questions, rather a constructive and transparent exchange.

Soft skills interview and speed typing test it was friendly overall and no pressure they asked me to introduce myself in English and asked about my previous experience, asked about the hard cases I had and how I managed to help the angry customers .
