I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Transcom WorldWide (Denver, CO) in Aug 2010
Interview
Applied on website, got an email about two weeks later to set up a phone interview. During the interview I was asked about my past experience, and also asked to do a few very basic computer tasks (copy/paste/email). Overall, very easy process.
Throw WhatsApp but very professional and respectful and very polite but not convenient work hours and conditions for me and we didn't agree on the working location as they don't provide transportation

Interview
I wanted to share some feedback regarding my interview experience, as I believe it may help improve the process for future candidates. Two interviews: one with HR and one English test. A very positive experience: there were no trick questions, rather a constructive and transparent exchange.
